Many
international partners offered important help to Pastoral
da Criança, particularly during its first twelve
years, supporting specific projects such as those teaching
adults to read and write, revenue generation and child
development, among others. UNICEF, for instance, supported
Pastoral da Criança during its first three years
of work.
