More than 600 journalists and broadcasters participate of Brazilian Net of Solidary Communicators to the Children present at 23 Brazilian states. They are professionals that act at different mass media and develop a volunteer action in favor of the needed child. Without prejudicing their jobs, these communicators receive and diffuse informations about the Brazilian child, diffusing them between their colleagues of the same profession at their region.

          It is a volunteer work, linked to Pastoral da Criança, a non-governmental organization (NGO) present at 3,555 counties of all Brazilian states, that follows more than 1.6 million pregnant women and children below 6 years old at places of poverty and misery. At counterpart, the Pastoral da Criança offers to the communicators professional recycling at different areas of communication.
